AFSC-122 Sound Absorbing Quilted Fiberglass Rolls are
4' wide x 50' long with unbound edges. (Edge binding tape or special design stapler with
extra-wide jaws available for binding edges of SC-122.) Product also available in 25'
lengths with bound edges. Very effective material for wrapping pipe or ductwork - quiets
noisy HVAC systems. Covered with durable vinyl-coated fiberglass facing cloth which
resists oil, water, dirt. |
QFM combines noise barrier performance and efficient sound absorption.
This lightweight, semi-flexible, easy-to-handle material is a vinyl coated, gray colored
fiberglass facing cloth, quilted to a supporting 2 lb/cu ft density fiberglass.
As a semi-flexible barrier enclosure, QFM’s absorptive properties
help to control reverberant energy inside an area.
Up to 21 dBA reduction, depending
on the noise source.
Rated Class 1 building material per ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test for flammability

Modular Acoustic Screens are completely portable. Easily moved.
Available with steel ball-bearing rubber-wheeled casters for frequent moving. Acoustic
Screens are a combination of mass-loaded vinyl barrier material (which redirects noise
from its path) and quilted fiberglass which absorbs reverberant noise in the enclosed
area. Typical noise reduction of 6 - 12 dBA. Exceeds ASTM E-84 flame and smoke "Class
A" fire ratings. |
