Model C
TRANSFUSOR^®

 

The Transfusor, as the name implies, passes light and can be used as a cover for a standard 2’ x 2’ light fixture, thereby reducing both acoustical and visual glare. It is a variation of the Art Diffusor® Model “C” (US Patent No. 5160816).

The Art Diffusor is a "binary array" design.  The Model C is a two dimensional, four octave diffusor with a bandwidth of 250 Hz to 16 kHz.  The range of the Art Diffusor is extended over other designs by its unique angled end cap. This feature enhances control of specular reflections above 4 kHz.

The Model C is suitable for use in recording, broadcast, theater, home listening rooms, offices or anywhere diffusion is required.
